An integrative health clinic combines different healthcare disciplines under one roof to provide a holistic approach to wellness. At our clinic, we offer chiropractic care, massage therapy, aesthetics, acupuncture, and more to help patients achieve optimal health, recovery, and well-being.

No referral is needed! You can book directly with any of our practitioners, whether it’s for chiropractic care, massage therapy, or aesthetic treatments. However, some insurance providers may require a referral for coverage, so it’s best to check with your plan.

Yes! We accept most extended health insurance plans. Our services may be covered under chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, or physiotherapy benefits, depending on your policy. We also offer direct billing for eligible insurance providers.

Absolutely! Many of our patients benefit from combining multiple therapies for a well-rounded treatment plan. For example, you can book a chiropractic adjustment followed by a massage to enhance muscle relaxation, or an aesthetic facial along with dry needling to boost skin rejuvenation.

Most of our treatments are comfortable and non-invasive. However, the experience varies depending on the type of therapy and individual sensitivity. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Chiropractic Adjustments – Generally not painful, though some patients may feel mild discomfort if they have tight muscles or inflammation. We offer gentle techniques like the Activator Method for those who prefer a low-force approach.
  • Massage Therapy – Relaxation massages are soothing, but deep tissue or trigger point therapy may cause temporary discomfort as tight knots are released. Our therapists adjust pressure to your comfort level.
  • Acupuncture & Dry Needling – The needles are thin and cause minimal discomfort. Some patients feel a brief tingling or dull ache, but most find the treatments relaxing.
  • Laser Hair Removal – Patients typically feel a mild snapping sensation, similar to a rubber band against the skin. Our laser system includes cooling technology to reduce discomfort.
  • Facials & Aesthetic Treatments – These are gentle and relaxing, but treatments like dry needling for aesthetics may cause a slight pricking sensation as collagen is stimulated.
  • Psychotherapy – Emotional work can sometimes bring up difficult feelings, but sessions are designed to be supportive, safe, and empowering.

If you’re worried about pain, let us know! We customize treatments to maximize comfort while ensuring you get the best results.

Your first visit will include a comprehensive assessment with your chosen practitioner. This may involve:

  • A health history review
  • A physical examination or skin analysis (for aesthetics)
  • A discussion of your goals and concerns
  • A personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs
